- Perform high-quality body repairs on commercial trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, structural alignment, and precision welding
- Accurately diagnose collision damage and complete repairs that meet or exceed industry and manufacturer standards
- Deliver flawless finishes while meeting tight deadlines to ensure every vehicle is safe and road-ready
- Communicate effectively with team members, fleet managers, and customers
- Maintain detailed repair documentation
- Prioritize safety, keep tools and equipment in excellent condition, and help maintain a clean, organized shop
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in automotive or commercial body repair (heavy-duty truck and trailer experience strongly preferred)
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Ability to handle heavy components, stand for extended periods, and work in a hands-on environment
- Passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering outstanding results
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused attitude
